What Is Portal Used For?

The patient portal is used for booking in-person appointments for our daytime clinic, and for viewing your test results online.

You cannot see a physician over the patient portal. You can only see your results once the physician has reviewed them and signed off on them being normal. Any abnormal results will be reviewed with you by the physician before they are posted to the portal .

You cannot book in-person appointments for the evening urgent care clinic.

When booking appointments via the portal, please make sure to note the DATE and TIME of your appointment.

You will NOT receive any further reminder emails of your appointment.

Any MISSED APPOINTMENTS or NO SHOWS will result in a $50 MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE.

What Is Virtual Care Used For?

Virtual care is used to meet with a physician online. It can be used for coughs, colds, or any covid symptoms. It can also be used for prescription renewals, bladder infections, STI testing, abortion consults, and ordering routine tests like x-rays and ultrasounds. Sick notes can be completed virtually.

If you require form completion, vaccinations, biopsies, or any procedures, you need to book an in-person appointment at our daytime clinic.
