For in person visits, we accept walk-ins for urgent cases at the evening clinic. The day clinic continues to operate by appointment only.
However, if your concern is not urgent, we encourage you to call ahead and book a telephone consultation.
To avoid overcrowding, we encourage you to book an appointment through our portal for either the day clinic or the night clinic. To book an appointment, you can call our receptionists between 9am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
You can also use our portal to book telephone or in-person appointments. We can send requisitions for blood work or x-rays and ultrasounds electronically, as well as prescriptions.
As an added benefit, patients within the immediate Kitchener-Waterloo area can have their prescriptions delivered directly to their home.
