Want To See A Doctor? Here's 3 Ways.

For in person visits, we are still accepting walk-ins for urgent cases at the evening clinic. The day clinic continues to operate by appointment only.

However, if your concern is not urgent, we encourage you to call ahead and book a telephone consultation.

To avoid overcrowding, we encourage you to book an appointment through our portal for either the day clinic or the night clinic. To book an appointment, you can call our receptionists between 9am and 11pm, 7 days a week.

You can also use our portal to book telephone or in-person appointments.
We can send requisitions for blood work or x-rays and ultrasounds electronically, as well as prescriptions.

As an added benefit, patients within the immediate Kitchener-Waterloo area can have their prescriptions delivered directly to their home.

By Walk-In

Enter the clinic and sanitize your hands. Maintain 6 ft/ 2m distance at all times. Once you have been registered by the receptionist, you will be directed to either a secondary waiting room, or advised to wait in your vehicle/outside. The physician will assess you by phone and determine if you need to be seen in person, or simply treat you by phone.

By Appt

Book your visit by going to our Patient Portal to book an In-Person visit with a physician.

Daytime/OPTIONS Clinic

If you need to see a physician for something that was not listed above, please book an appointment at our daytime/OPTIONS clinic.

Certain appointment types require more time with a physician and/or nurse, so we are unable to offer these visits on a walk-in basis. Examples of this include: extensive physicals, biopsies, nail resections, medical abortions, gynaecological procedures (PAP tests, IUD insertions, IUD removals), prenatal examinations, well-baby examinations, and childhood/infant immunizations.

You can book an appointment through our portal for our daytime/OPTIONS clinic, or call a receptionist between 9am and 11pm, 7 days a week.

Remember, you can also use our portal to book telephone or in-person appointments.

Please note that we cannot offer medical advice over email.
WE WILL NOT PRESCRIBE OR REFILL NARCOTIC, BENZODIAZEPINES, OR OTHER RESTRICTED MEDICATION.
