Patients not wishing to use the VIRTUAL CARE service are always welcome to be seen in person during our walk in clinic hours or schedule an appointment for the daytime clinic using this link.
Walk In Clinic Hours:
Monday-Friday: 5pm to 9pm
Saturday-Sunday: 3pm to 7pm
At or around your scheduled appointment time, a physician will contact you by secure video chat to discuss your concerns. Following the visit, the physician will email any relevant documents to you, that you can then print and use as if you had come to the clinic in person.
For your video visit, you will be asked to choose an appointment time and to fill out a questionnaire prior to your scheduled appointment. You will also be given the opportunity to upload any relevant photos if necessary. Prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will need to be logged onto the virtual care site (powered by Insig) and you will have an opportunity to speak with a physician through a Secure Video Chat (similar to FaceTime or Skype). Following the visit, the physician will email any relevant documents to you, that you can then print and use as if you had come to the clinic in person.
Note: For Technical Support or Virtual Care Booking Issues call 1-844-322-8806. The staff at Onyx are unable to provide technical support to patients. Make sure to clarify with the support team that you need help with Insig specifically.

Yes, this platform has been approved by the Ministry of Health and the Ontario Medical Association as a secure and valid form of communication between physicians and patients.
Yes. A $50 hold payment fee applies to expired healthcards.
Yes, you may still see a physician, but you will be required to book a PAID ($100) visit.
At this time, we do not accept UHIP or any other third party insurance coverage. You can still book a PAID ($100) visit, and then submit the receipts from your visit to your insurance company. However, at this time we cannot guarantee that the cost will be covered by your insurer. We encourage you to check ahead of time.
Effective December 1, 2022, we will only be seeing patients virtually for medical abortions and to follow up on test results.
