The Onyx Medical Centre is located at 580 Lancaster St West, Kitchener, Ontario. The Onyx Medical  Centre houses an after-hours urgent care clinic, Chiropractics and Massage Therapy, Pharmacy, and a Medical Spa. Please note that we do not give wait-time estimates to our patients.

Onyx Urgent Care Clinic is by walk-in only in the evening. Appointments for the evening urgent care clinic cannot be pre-booked.
